Accomodation coordinator

What:

We are expecting around 2000 activists coming from other Friends of the Earth groups all over Europe to participate in The Flood on the Global Day of Action on the 12th of December. Luckily we found around 6 spots to house all these activists for the two nights. But we need people to coordinate all logistical tasks at the spots. Ideally there will be 2 coordinators at every single spot to welcome the activists, give an introduction in the facilities and fire brigade regulations, be contact persons with NOAHs coordination team and for the police and the school, check the name lists and provide the activists with all important informations. So we need at least 12 accomodation coordinators!

When and Where:

The weekend 11th to the 13th of December and some time before for introduction meetings and fire brigade training.
